Tamaki Hosobuchi is an artist based in Yokohama, Japan, working with the photographic medium. She implements photography as a metaphor of "viewing", exploring the manifold relationships intersecting society and art while transitioning across conceptions of photography, urban themes, and notions of art. Hosobuchi creates methods in reshaping the obscured incongruities of quotidian life into potentialities.
She graduated from Tama Art University, majoring in graphic design and photography. Soon after graduation, she became a member of the PH Studio, a collective comprised of contemporary artists and architects. In 2004, Hosobuchi co-founded an art NPO, BankART1929, which ran an urban arts space in Yokohama for 20 years.

細淵太麻紀（ほそぶちたまき）
「見る」ことのメタファーとして写真を使用し、「写真」「都市」「美術」の間を往来しながら、社会とアートの多様な関わりを模索する。日常の中に潜む違和感を可能性に変えることで、新しい視点と世界を提示していくことを目的として作品制作をおこなう。
多摩美術大学でグラフィックデザインを専攻、主に写真を学んだ後、PH スタジオにて美術と建築の分野で活動。ギャラリーや美術館での展示だけでなく、野外でのプロジェクト、コミッションワーク、建築設計などにも携わる。2004 年に歴史的建造物を文化活動に活用するBankART1929 の立ち上げに参画し、以降企画運営全般に関わる。2022年より同代表を務める。
